We fell in love with the Traverse City area over 20 years ago, like many who visit this beautiful region. At that time we purchased a summer retreat and we were smitten with all that the area had to offer. Our little bungalow on the lake was "home" from day one and a perfect place to make memories. Our plans began right then to make this our forever home. Since moving here we have explored the surrounding area and experienced much that it has to offer for all seasons!  The sheer beauty, the activities, the community and entertainment in the area is appealing in so many ways. We would love to share the experience of our "Up North" knowledge if you are considering our area and want to find your own retreat or forever home.  Our focus is finding Homes, Condominiums or  Lake Properties for our clients.
